We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item or need assistance with fit or color selection.

Email us at sales@ilovehelenas.com with the details of your exchange request. We will provide you with info on available exchange items and give you a Exchange Code for your returning product.

We do not cover return shipping on exchanges. We do not cover the shipping cost associated with shipping you a new item.
